Prior to scheduling any service, or upon request if you are evaluating your care options, you will receive a personalized Good Faith Estimate. This document outlines the cost of our services, ensuring you have a clear understanding before commencing your treatment. The frequency and duration of your sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, affecting the total cost of your care.

Estimated Costs: A Breakdown

Below are our standard session fees. Remember, these are general estimates, and a personalized Good Faith Estimate will be provided for your specific treatment plan.

• 90791 Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation: $250
• 90837 Psychotherapy-60 Minutes: $175
• 90834 Psychotherapy-45 Minutes: $150
• 90832 Psychotherapy-30 Minutes: $100
• 90846/90847 Psychotherapy with Family (45-60 minutes): $175
• 90839 Psychotherapy with Crisis-60 Mins. (Each additional 30 minutes: $100): $200

For instance, if your treatment involves an initial intake followed by weekly 60-minute sessions for a year, the total estimated cost would be $9150. This figure is purely illustrative and will be tailored to your specific treatment needs.

Important Considerations:

The Good Faith Estimate does not encompass unforeseen expenses that might arise during treatment. Should there be any additional costs due to unexpected circumstances, you have the right to dispute the bill according to federal law. This includes reaching out to the healthcare provider for bill adjustments, negotiating the bill, inquiring about financial assistance, or engaging in a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It's crucial to retain a copy of your Good Faith Estimate, as it may be required if there's a discrepancy in billing.
